Refund policy

Our return policy is 30 days from the date of delivery.

• If your poster arrives damaged or defective, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by Mansuto.

• If you request a return for reasons unrelated to a defect or error on our part, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Process

For return requests, you will be asked to send a photo to info@mansuto.com so that we can review the condition of the product.

Please note that if we determine that the print or frame has been altered, damaged, or otherwise manipulated by the customer, the product will not be eligible for a refund.
